Validity Period
Gift cards are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. The expiry date is shown on the digital voucher.

How to Redeem
Gift cards can be redeemed against any glamping stay when booking directly through our website at www.sandwathfarmglamping.co.uk/gift-card. Voucher code to be applied at checkout. They cannot be used on third-party booking sites,. All bookings are subject to availability.  Our standard terms & conditions will apply to all gift card bookings

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable. . Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or used to buy a gift voucher. No change will be given. 

Lost or Deleted Cards
If an e-gift card is lost or deleted, it can be reissued to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

Cooling-Off Period
Online purchases include a statutory 14-day cancellation period, provided the gift card has not been used to make a booking.

Expiry
Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed. Customers are responsible for checking the validity period before making a booking.

Fraud or Misuse
Sandwath Farm Glamping reserves the right to refuse redemption if a card is suspected to be fraudulent or obtained unlawfully.
